Straight stairlifts are our most common and versatile stairlift. They offer a simple, effective way to travel up and down most straight staircases.
A straight stairlift usually covers only one flight of stairs and are quick and easy to install. They have a simple single rail system that nestles up against the wall. This allows plenty of room for other staircase users.
First Blue Mobility use preferred suppliers for all our stairlifts which means that we can usually fit a straight stairlift within a few days following the completion of the survey.

If you have a staircase that has twists and turns in them, then a straight stairlift is not for you, however our curved stairlift selection can be just the option. It is important that your stairlift transports you from the very bottom of your stairs to the very top.
Keeping it trim
Our strong yet super slim line rail is the narrowest on the market, so it obscures less of your stairs than any other straight stairlift system. With its compact design and grease free rail, our stairlifts blend in nicely with your interior and is a breeze to keep clean.
Stylish Design
The ultra slim and compact design allows the installation to be close to the wall, leaving a lot of free space on the staircase for other stair users to safely climb the stairs. It is the slimmest straight stairlift rail on the market! To save even more space, the stairlift seat, footrest and armrests can be folded when not in use. The seat will swivel at the top landing, making sure you can get on and off the stairlift easily and safely. With safety being a paramount, the stairlifts comes as standard with safety sensors that will stop the lift in case of obstruction.
Daily Life
Due to the patented technology, there is no tooth rack on our bestselling stairlift. This means that unlike other stairlifts, there is no grease or oil on the rail collecting dust and dirt, making the rail easy to clean and safe to touch. Your staircase will stay spick and span!
Durable and Robust
Our robust stairlifts are powered by patented four-wheel drive technology with four quiet and reliable motors. In the unfortunate and rare event one of the motors breaks down, you can still finish your ride up or down the stairs. The lift is fully certified by the international stairlift safety standard EN 81-40 and designed for years and years of carefree daily use. Thanks to the continuous charge functionality you can park the seat anywhere you like on the rail: the batteries are always charged and ready to go.

Available options for this stairlift
- Zero intrusion: A unique solution designed for home with a door at the top of the stairs. Or where the stairlift could be a possible tripping hazard at the top of the stairs.
- Slide track: Automatically moves the track clear of any obstacles while the stairlift moves into a parked position. This option is ideal for hallways where access is required through doorways close to the staircase, either at the top or bottom of the stairs.
- Easy Hinge: The track can be folded away from the doorway manually, giving clear access.
